That’s ramped up efforts by majority Republicans to pass several proposals generating a lot of debate.Yesterday, for example, a measure increasing campaign contribution limits and three bills involving medical marijuana went from committees to the full house.
Another would hold back Michigan’s third graders if they’re not reading up to their grade level.
