Barry Sanders birthday; The threat of youth basketball; Jack Ebling on the Life Celebration of Earle Robinson; Is Russell Westbrook to Houton Rockets a good thing?

On today's Current Sports with Al Martin we give a birthday shout-out to the greatest player in Detroit Lions history: Barry Sanders. Al shares childhood memories of what it was like growing up and watching Sanders dominate the NFL on Sundays. Also, we pour through the Baxter Holmes ESPN piece centered on the injury risks associated with youth basketball in America and what must be done to change the systemic problem. Next, we invite local sportscaster Jack Ebling to the show to talk about the celebration of life planned for the late, great Earle Robinson. Al will be co-hosting the event this Saturday at 11am inside of Reno's East and there are a ton of special guests planned to speak! Lastly, Al tells you why he believes Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets is a great move.
