Detroit Red Wings; Little Caesars Arena; Detroit Pistons; James Edwards III; Jesse Goldberg-Strassler; LeBron James; Kevin Durant; Lansing Lugnuts.

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin," engineer Isaac Constans hosts the show again in Al's absence.  Isaac starts the show by giving the exciting news that there is now ice in the new home of the Detroit Red Wings, the Little Caesars Arena. This leads to a discussion of sports quirks and different stories.  Isaac moves on to talk about the new reports that LeBron James is 100 percent leaving Cleveland after this year. While the news is breaking, the rumors shouldn't be shattering any glass. James L. Edwards III, prep reporter for the Lansing State Journal and Detroit Pistons' contributor for the Athletic, makes his way onto the set. Live in studio, he sets the scene for the Pistons' upcoming year now that their schedule has been released. Have the moves this offseason been the right ones? And as the Pistons' schedule gears up, the Lansing Lugnuts' winds down. Jesse Goldberg-Strassler, play-by-play man for the Lugnuts, reflects on the season and looks ahead to what's next. And for "Reflection Friday," Current Sports expresses its condolences for the recent string of terrorist attacks.
