The annual Detroit Regional Chamber Policy Conference is underway on Mackinac Island. Thursday, on the Grand Hotel porch, Democrat Gretchen Whitmer signed bipartisan legislation to roll back auto insurance rates in exchange for capping medical coverage.  Capital Bureau Chief Rick Pluta sat down for a conversation with the Governor.
