Claressa Shields stunned the fight world, getting a third round TKO in her MMA debut last night. Also, the show addresses the press conference of Matt Schembechler, son of famed Michigan football coach Bo Schembechler, who detailed abuse by former doctor Robert Anderson.

On today's Current Sports with Al Martin, we start the show by diving into the impressive MMA debut of famed boxer Claressa Shields. The Flint, Michigan native stunned the fight world with a third round TKO of Brittney Elkin. We also have a couple of heavy stories to address. Matt Schembechler alleges that his father, famed Michigan college football coach Bo Schembechler, knew of the abuse from former university doctor Robert Anderson and did nothing...even protecting Anderson at one point. Matt also alleges that he was even abused by the disgraced doctor. Al reacts and draws parallels between that story and what happened at Michigan State University with doctor Larry Nassar. That, and more.
