Dutch, Polish and Ukrainian Troops to Leave Iraq

The Netherlands, Poland and Ukraine are withdrawing their troops from Iraq, citing the success of the Jan. 30 Iraqi elections as justification. Nora Bensahel, an analyst at the Rand Corporation, says that militarily, the allied withdrawals aren't that significant. But symbolically, the pullouts hurt the legitimacy of the U.S.-led occupation of Iraq.
