Sparrow Health System is modifying its visitor policy in response to rising COVID-19 vaccination rates.

Sparrow Health System is slightly loosening some of its visitor guidelines as more people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

Patients and visitors at all Sparrow hospitals will continue to be screened and asked to wear a mask.

No one under 12 is permitted, and social distancing guidelines remain in effect.

Two visitors are allowed per patient in Sparrow inpatient departments.

Waiting rooms are still closed.

Two parents or guardians may visit patients in the pediatric department, but only one person at a time may visit patients in emergency wards.

Inpatient department visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
