What justices signaled in hearing on conversion therapy ban

The Supreme Court heard arguments in a case that could strike down bans on so-called conversion therapy for children. Conversion therapy broadly refers to attempts to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity and is banned in 23 states and the District of Columbia. Geoff Bennett discussed Tuesday's arguments with News Hour Supreme Court analyst and SCOTUSblog co-founder Amy Howe.
