In our news wrap Monday, tens of thousands have been urged to evacuate amid a wildfire near Reno, Nevada, the Supreme Court cleared the way for President Trump to move ahead with his executive order restricting mail-in voting and the Pentagon says it struck a boat in the eastern Pacific, killing two people it accused of trafficking drugs.
