BONUS MUSIC: The Verve Pipe, 'If I Could Make You Feel'

Our Live Music Friday guest today is the popular Michigan Band The Verve Pipe, led by Brian Vander Ark. You can see them at The Ark in Ann Arbor Saturday at 8 p.m. along with Vander Ark, The Verve Pipe includes guitarist Lou Musa, keyboard player Randy Sly, and vocalist Channing  Lee.

In the heyday of the Verve Pipe’s popularity, the band played lots of shows around Michigan and charted national hits like “The Freshmen.” These days, the band is putting out a new single online every couple of weeks. Current State talks with the band, and the group played a couple of songs.
