Sharon Holds Lead on Eve of Israeli Primary Election

Israel's Likud party holds a primary election Thursday. Opinion polls place Prime Minister Ariel Sharon well ahead of his rival, current foreign minister and former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
