Tenant Lawsuit

A tenants' group is suing two of the nation's largest landlords for allegedly collecting millions of dollars in illegal fees and penalties. Renter's advocates say across the U.S. there's been a jump in new kinds of fees tenants are being asked to pay. NPR's David Schaper reports.
