Congress Gets New Iraq Weapons Report

Charles Duelfer, who replaced David Kay as the CIA's chief weapons inspector in Iraq, reports his team has found "dual-use facilities and ongoing research" that could produce biological or chemical agents, but no weapons stockpiles.
