Rising Star Sebelius to Deliver Democratic Response

On Monday, Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius will deliver the Democratic Party's response to President Bush's final State of the Union address. Sebelius is among of the party's rising stars. Working in a Red State, she's spent years learning how to get along with her political opponents.
