(Lansing, MI) – Lansing, MI (WKAR) - It's well known that Michigan is going through its worst recession since FDR was president. These trying times have forced millions of people to re-budget and re-evaluate their spending priorities. It's a hard thing for any adult.
But imagine trying to juggle car payments, a mortgage and all the financial demands of family life at age 14? Students at Waverly Middle School in Lansing got a little taste of that recently during a school project called "The Reality Store."
