Governor Granholm is back in Michigan after attending the winter meeting of the National Governors Association in Washington D.C. The governors met with President Obama and members of Congress. They asked the federal government to help states with their budget troubles. Governor Granholm spoke with Michigan Public Radio's state Capitol bureau chief Rick Pluta about the meeting.
