Ex-MSU football player Auston Robertson has been arraigned in Ingham County circuit court on two charges of criminal sexual conduct

Former MSU football player Auston Robertson has been arraigned in Ingham County circuit court.   Robertson faces two charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct.

Auston Robertson did not appear in person before Ingham Circuit Judge Clinton Canady III, having filed a waiver during his preliminary hearing last month.

Robertson is accused of sexually assaulting an East Lansing woman in her apartment on April 9.

If convicted, he could spend up to 15 years in prison for each of the two charges.

Robertson’s case will be set for pre-trial at a date yet to be determined.
