On Sunday, the city of Lansing will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its sister city, Otsu, Japan. Lansing also has sister cities in China, Ghana, Mexico, and South Korea. Sister Cities International CEO Roger-Mark De Souza talked with WKAR about why the program is important worldwide.

Lansing celebrates 50-year Sister City partnership with Otsu, Japan on Sunday, March 3, 11:30 a-m.-2:00 p.m. at the Lansing Community College downtown campus.
