The War of 1812: 200th anniversary of war's end

The War of 1812 ended on Christmas Eve of 1814 with the signing of the Treaty of Ghent. However, that didn’t mean the end of hostilities.The Great Lakes and Michigan were prominent in the War of 1812.

Current State’s Scott Pohl speaks with Michigan State University historian Roger Rosentreter about the end of the war and what followed.
