Board of Education ruling and the "50" represents 50 years since the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, making major forms of discrimination unlawful. To commemorate these important landmark events, support MSU's Project 60/50 and celebrate Black History Month, WKAR has several special program offerings in February 2014.For more about the MSU project, visitinclusion.msu.edu/Project6050
