Eleven new murals now fill previously blank building walls thanks to Below the Stacks: a 7 day mural festival where artists from around the U.S. came together to paint the city.

Between tuition and housing, costs can quickly pile up for Michigan State University students.  For the second fall in a row, there is a resource for students who could barely afford the textbooks they needed to earn their degrees.

After months of construction, residents are beginning to occupy the tall apartment buildings that have changed the skyline of East Lansing.  We recently toured of one of the complexes.

The Potter Park Zoo in Lansing has a new addition: Taza the male snow leopard.

Did you know that bats control a lot of insects that people don’t like such as mosquitos? You and your family can learn more at the All About Bats Campfire hosted by the Harris Nature Center. Participants can sit around a campfire, make smores and take a guided walk in search of bats.
