Clerks Byrum, Swope offer Election Day how-to

Months of campaign rhetoric come to a finale tomorrow, when  Michiganders will have their say at the polls. More than 4.7-million residents voted in the 2012 presidential election. This year’s contest is almost sure to draw fewer voters than two years ago.Still, officials are preparing for a busy day at the polls. Current State talks with two of Mid-Michigan’s top election officers, Ingham County Clerk Barb Byrum and city of Lansing Clerk Chris Swope.
