Secretary of State computer glitch fixed

Dwight Burdette

The Michigan Secretary of State offices are back in business following a computer system outage earlier today.

The statewide outage made transactions impossible for about six hours.

The Secretary of State later tweeted that late fees will be waived on expirations today if customers complete their transaction on Monday.
