For three hours yesterday, attorneys representing influential Michigan labor unions and others had a chance to question Gov. Rick Snyder under oath about events leading up to his July decision to authorize bankruptcy for the city of Detroit. The media was prohibited from covering the session itself, which took place at the Romney Building in downtown Lansing.  Still, the Michigan Public Radio Network’s Jake Neher spoke with some participants after the deposition. He reports that a spokesperson for Gov. Snyder says it's hoped that the proceedings will be released to the public.
