In our news wrap Tuesday, Hunter Biden countered a subpoena from House Republicans with an offer to testify publicly before Congress, the powerful Koch network formally endorsed Nikki Haley's presidential campaign, 41 trapped construction workers were rescued from a collapsed tunnel in India and American journalist Evan Gershkovich will stay in Russian detention until at least January 30.
