MSU football loses shot at post-season playoff

WKAR

The Michigan State football team lost to Ohio State Saturday night, and with the 49-37 defeat, the Spartans have now lost twice and will not make it into the NCAA’s four-team playoff at the end of the season. MSU has fallen to #12 in the AP college football poll.Al Martin, host of WKAR’s Current Sports, talks with Current State about the setback and what lies ahead for Coach Mark Dantonio’s team.

Scott Pohl has maintained an on-call schedule reporting for WKAR following his retirement after 36 years on the air at the station.
