The club's mission to foster confidence and community among women is driven by the desire to break down barriers in fitness.

Michigan State’s all-women's lifting club, Girl Gains MSU, was established to create an inclusive space for female students to build strength, confidence, and connection. The club started in August 2023 and has quickly gained popularity.

With a focus on empowerment, Girl Gains MSU hosts regular training sessions and plans to start social events to encourage women to challenge themselves physically and mentally.

WKAR Sports spoke with Olivia Schassburger, who shared insights on the transformative impact the club has had on its members.
