Celebrating MSU composer Dr. James Niblock

Dr. James Niblock turns 100 on November 1st, and WKAR celebrates with the composer, musical friends and host Jody Knol and the special program James Niblock: The First 100 Years.

The hour conversation also features Dr. Niblock's former colleagues at the MSU College of Music: Violin Professor Walter Verdehr, Clarinet Professor Elsa Verdehr, Professor Emeritus and former Director of the MSU Symphony Orchestra Leon Gregorian, and Composition Professor Emeritus Jere Hutcheson.
