TECHNOTE: Brief interruption of TV, radio, audio streaming

Wed Jul 27 7:15pm all services restored by 6:14pm.

Wed Jul 27 4:41pm ET: WKAR radio and television were off the air briefly and audio streams offline beginning at approximately 4:35pm. Broadcasts were restored by 4:51pm. Audio streams are expected to be restored soon.
