New Michigan State Lasch Family Golf Center Impresses Comfort and Tech

Jon LeBlanc

Spartan golf teams love their new practice facility home, especially the bells and whistles

EAST LANSING, Mich. - It has an indoor putting and chipping green, an indoor ball tracking system and multiple recreation lounges.

All of these along with other modern amenities is what makes up the $6 million Lasch Family Golf Center, the home of the men’s and women’s golf teams at Michigan State University.

The 15,000-square-foot facility was named after Richard W. and Suzanne Lasch of East Lansing, after they made a $2 million gift towards the center in June 2015.

We took an exclusive look inside the Lasch Center, and saw what makes it so special.
