The saga of the peregrine falcons who live at the Lansing Board of Water and Light’s Eckert Power Station continues with some new twists.Bird lovers have been following the saga of Eckert and Viper, a pair of falcons that have been living at the BWL, and it seems that the lead “falcon maven” is BWL employee Dina Maneval, who has become the company’s “resident falcon expert".
