We often presents stories of Michigan history, and this is one of our state's oldest. Before the existence of life on our planet, geologic forces were working to form the stuff of our world, the very earth beneath our feet. Current State's Peter Whorf spoke with Brzys last week about her geologic pursuits and one of Michigan's most characteristic natural materials.
