Cadillac photographer brings passion for waterfalls to new guidebook

Cadillac-based photographer Phil Stagg is known to chase waterfalls, and he’s turned his favorite pastime into a new book. Peter Whorf talks with Stagg about "Waterfalls of Michigan."

Cadillac-based photographer Phil Stagg has been capturing images of Michigan’s hundred of beautiful waterfalls for the better part of a decade. His passion has culminated in a new book, "Waterfalls of Michigan." It’s the first of a planned four-volume set of tour guides packed with information about Michigan falls.

"Waterfalls of Michigan" explores everything from the majestic Taquamenon to off-trail hidden gems.

Current State's Peter Whorf speaks with Phil Stagg about the project.
