The Detroit News: Nassar To Plead Guilty To Sexual Conduct In Ingham/Eaton Counties

The Detroit News reported late Monday night that fired Michigan State University gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar will plead guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges when he appears in Ingham county court tomorrow and Eaton county court on November 29. 

Nassar faces 22 counts of sexual conduct.. many involve victims under the age of 13.

The Detroit News also reported Nassar agreed to plead guilty if the Attorney General’s office agreed not to press any more charges against him.

Separately, Nassar faces civil lawsuits from more than 100 women.

Recently, Olympic gymnasts Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney both said publicly that Nassar abused them.

He will be sentenced on federal child pornography charges December 7 in Grand Rapids.
