Job Discrimination, 4th Amendment highlight SCOTUS session

The U.S. Supreme Court has begun its new session, and the cases the court has decided not to hear have been getting a lot of attention. The cases the court will hear are highlighted by issues related to unreasonable searches and seizures, and employment discrimination.Current State talks about the high court’s docket with Phil Pucillo. He’s a lecturer in law at the Michigan State University College of Law.

Scott Pohl has maintained an on-call schedule reporting for WKAR following his retirement after 36 years on the air at the station.
