Breaking down SCOTUS ruling of affirmative action

Michigan State University law professor Phil Pucillo discusses the most recent United States Supreme Court ruling involving affirmative action.  The highest court in the land yesterday ordered lower courts in Texas to review more critically the admissions policies, which use race as a factor in admitting students.
