Month in Review: costly recount looms, energy bills move

Current State’s Michigan Month in Review looks at November’s biggest  governmental news stories with state Capitol reporters Zach Gorchow of Gongwer and Emily Lawler of MLive.

November was packed with important Michigan news: recounts not withstanding, a Republican Presidential candidate prevailed for the first time in the state since 1988. A Michigan native has been nominated for Secretary of Education, and much debated energy legislation moved forward at the state capitol.
