There’s been a change at the top of an established Michigan political publication. Since he founded it in 1987, Bill Ballenger has been the publisher and editor of "Inside Michigan Politics."
Last week, the former Republican state Representative and Senator announced that he had sold the publication to Susan Demas, a veteran reporter and MLive columnist.
Demas tells Current State that it's been a career goal to own and manage a journalistic endeavor, and she's looking forward to working with Ballenger during a three-year transition.
