Much has been written about Michigan State University’s rich sports history, and the latest entry in that arena is a book called “100 Things Michigan State Fans Should Know and Do Before They Die”.The author is East Lansing native and MSU graduate Michael Emmerich.
Current State’s Scott Pohl talked with Emmerich about his book at a tailgate party before the last home MSU football game against Michigan. He says his research led him to some surprises, including the role of East Lansing's Coral Gables in Spartan sports history.
