News Wrap: Aftershock rattles Ecuador earthquake survivors

In our news wrap Wednesday, the strongest aftershock yet shook earthquake survivors in Ecuador as the confirmed death toll reached 553, with Peruvian military personnel stepping in to transfer victims to hospitals. Also, the UN refugee agency says up to 500 migrants drowned off the coast of Libya last week after smugglers tried to pack too many people into a crowded ship bound for Italy.
