News Wrap: Immigration Bill Clears Hurdle in Senate

In other news Monday, the bipartisan immigration bill cleared a major test in the Senate with votes to spare. Senators voted to debate an amendment that calls for $30 billion over 10 years to double border patrol and build 700 miles of fences. Also, flooding in Northern India has now claimed over 1,000 lives.
