News Wrap: Russian diplomatic sites ordered closed

In our News Wrap Thursday, the Trump administration ordered the Russian consulate in San Francisco and two sites in Washington and New York to close in retaliation for Moscow cutting U.S. diplomatic presence in Russia. Also, forecasters are watching a growing hurricane in the Atlantic. Hurricane Irma is expected to reach the eastern Caribbean by early next week.
