Pope Francis Officially Installed as Bishop of Rome

Pope Francis was officially made leader of the Roman Catholic Church in a mass attended by heads of state and 100,000 pilgrims. In an unprecedented move, the pope approached the crowd, kissing infants and giving blessings. James Mates of Independent Television News reports from Rome.
