President Trump and congressional Republicans took a victory lap on Wednesday after scoring their first sweeping legislative win by passing their tax code overhaul into law. Democratic leaders warned the bill, estimated to add $1.5 trillion to the federal debt, will haunt the GOP. Lisa Desjardins joins Judy Woodruff to explain the major policy shifts in the bill and the scramble to implement it.
