Behind every Michigan State game, there is a team that ensures the athletes compete on safe, high-quality fields.

It’s a big-time project, making sure the playing turf in 16 stadiums across North America will be at peak for the World Cup.

MSU created a new space, on Service Road, for the men’s and women’s teams, but there is one problem: turf burn from the artificial surface. So the teams are moving to another field, with promised upgrades.
