Michigan-based musician Joshua Davis achieved national prominence this year as third-place finalist on NBC's The Voice. WKAR is pleased to reprise two episodes featuring Davis from early seasons of BackStage Pass. On "Steppin' In It/Shout Sister Shout," (July 3) Davis leads the roots music group Steppin' In It, a staple of the live music scene in mid-Michigan for more than a decade. On "Seth and May," (July 10) Davis appears as a supporting musician for songwriters Seth Bernard and May Erlewine.
