TECHNOTE: TV 23.5 Michigan Learning Channel is off the air

UPDATE: 6/7/21 5pm: WKAR broadcast of the Michigan Learning Channel returns to the air beginning 7am Tuesday, June 8, on WKAR-TV 23.5.
UPDATE: 5/6/21 12pm: WKAR broadcast of the Michigan Learning Channel on WKAR-TV 23.5 is off the air as we work to restore closed-captioning services for the channel.

The channel went off the air as of 12:00 p.m. May 6, 2021. We are experiencing technical issues related to closed-captioning that require our signal to go off air for the time being. Our technical teams are working on this and hope to have the channel restored soon.
