MSU Men's Basketball; NCAA Tournament Implications; Eron Harris; Women's Tennis; Sara Daavettila; Richard Hamilton Jersey Retirement; Weekend Winners.

"Current Sports with Al Martin" brings you a weekend recap of the sporting weekend! There was no shortage of drama these past three days as MSU women's and men's hoops had decisive games, Richard Hamilton had his jersey retired at the Palace of Auburn Hills and pop culture was off the chain. Current Sports has coverage from it all, starting with Al going through the sequence that saw the Spartans men's basketball team beat Wisconsin at the Breslin Center. With the win, even engineer Isaac Constans can now see the tournament coming. Al brings a full report from the game, before heading over to UNC for an interview--yet not about basketball. Williamston product Sara Daavettila calls into the show to talk about her first year playing college tennis for the Tar Heels, where she ranks fourth nationally. Finally, the 'Weekend Winners' get their time in the limelight with a special shoutout to a Pistons legend.
