Current Sports | April 13, 2017

MSU Football; Sexual Assault; MSU Men's Basketball; Miles Bridges Announcement; Chris Solari; Mark Dantonio.

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" it's another day, another problem for Michigan State football. A fourth player on the football roster is under investigation for a separate sexual assault allegation and with few details, Current Sports reports what is out there. Al and engineer Isaac Constans try to dig how deep the error and fault is with the program itself, and if these sorts of malfeasance have become endemic. Nobody would no better than Chris Solari, Detroit Free Press writer who was hot on the trail. Solari reveals what he knows, and gives a tentative timeline for when to expect other information to come out. Although marred by the aforementioned news, Michigan State fans could be in for quite the pleasant surprise of a lifetime. A not-so-cryptic Miles Bridges tweet hinted at a possible return, and Al and Isaac both try to speculate why. It was enough for Al to push a flight back, and Chris sticks around to decode the message. Lastly, Al tries to wrap up what he thinks of the sexual assault problem on college campuses. In a compelling close, hear why the problem may cut deeper.
