Conor McGregor; King, Corley and Vance Sentencing; MSU Football Spring Game; Chris Burtley; Jesse Goldberg-Strassler; Jason Fuller; Reflection Friday

It's the end of the week, but we're still working like it's Monday on "Current Sports with Al Martin." To start the show, Al and engineer Ian Hawley discuss Conor McGregor's arrest after a fight he started with other UFC contenders Thursday night. To continue with the legal discussions, Chris Burtley of Foley and Lardner LLP joins the show. Burtley explains the plea agreement in the case of former MSU football players Josh King, Donnie Corley and Demetric Vance. Al then elaborates on  the MSU football Spring Game being held Saturday and his expectations for the atmosphere surrounding the scrimmage. Jesse Goldberg-Strassler, play-by-play voice of the Lansing Lugnuts, then talks about the Saturday Opening Day entertainment for the Luggies. Sgt. Jason Fuller, representative of the Battlefield Brawl charity flag football tournament, closes the show to promote the annual flag football tournament. AND on Reflection Friday, Al chooses to reflect on Lou Anna K. Simon's position at MSU. Packed hour!
